The bachelor's program in Environmental Sciences addresses the challenge of ensuring a healthy living environment for a planet with seven billion people.
It focuses on investigating environmental issues such as pollution, climate change, and the depletion of natural resources from both natural and social scientific perspectives.
Students will explore innovative and sustainable solutions to these pressing problems.
The program equips students with a comprehensive education in managing environmental resources and addressing various environmental issues.
It deepens their understanding of ecosystems, environmental processes, and the impact of human activities on the environment.
Additionally, students gain insight into regulations, policies, and legal frameworks related to environmental protection and sustainability, as well as methods for promoting sustainable development and resource use.
Graduates with a degree in Environmental Management can pursue a range of careers focused on protecting and managing natural resources and promoting sustainability, such as environmental consultants, environmental scientists, sustainability coordinators, conservation managers, environmental policy analysts, environmental health and safety specialists, natural resource managers, climate change analysts, environmental education and outreach coordinators, etc.
