Admission Requirements
Admitted in Year 1

To be admitted to the first year of an undergraduate programme, the applicant must comply with Ministry of Education Admission requirements or Equivalence for foreigners.

In order to be registered for any degree or Advanced Certificate Course, the prospective student must submit the following documents:

    1. A notified photocopy of the required certificate;
    2. A dully filled-in registration form;
    3. Two color passport photos;
    4. A copy of the identity card;
    5. An evidence of registration fees payment.
Admitted in year 2 or 3 from other Higher Learning Institutions
Document Requirements:
    • One copy of National Identity Card or Passport
    • Two recent coloured passport photos
    • Copy of the proof of payment of 30,000 Rwf, for admission and registration
    • Sponsor letter (if any)
    • Notarized Academic transcripts for previous Years.
